About the event
The nature of energy is to move. Moving energy nourishes and sustains life. When energy stagnates it can cause illness, emotional disturbance, pain, lack of motivation, disillusionment, FEAR, and any number of ailments. This class will help us explore some of the names we attach to "energy"., as well as our beliefs about energy. We will learn hands-on techniques that will help us bring more awareness, understanding, and healing to our bodies. The class will also learn more about the Self Healing nature of our own bodies and how we incorporate this in our own lives and practice. Our goal is to educate, explore, and to have fun doing it!
Things to know: Wear layered comfortable clothes so you can take off the layers if needed. We will be sitting, standing, and moving our bodies! No strong perfumes please. Bring a water bottle and a pen and notepad. Snac…
