At the bottom of the page you can open some information and resources about Healing Touch, as well as Guided Meditations. The Self Chakra Connection is a PDF file that you can printout and utilize on a daily basis to balance, open, and connect the chakras. This daily self care practice promotes flow. Personally, I use with the breath; allowing deep breathing to center me and I enter into a meditative state. This enhances the Self Chakra Connection and prepares you energetically for your day. It can be done at any time of the day or as a morning ritual to allow energy to flow more free throughout your body, mind, and spirit.

The code of ethics is what Healing Touch values are and what you can expect from a Healing Touch Practitioner. It is wise to know the ethics of whom you allow to work in your energy field. Thus, this gives you the precept of what the Healing Touch Program requires in their Practitioner.

Also, I have added two guided meditations that can be experienced to connect with self healing, the Hara line, and peace. The recordings were made during a class workshop. I have also included a video regarding the energy of guilt and how to shift that energy.
