Energy Infused in Food
Have you ever thought about your Mom's or Grandmother's special meal or your absolute favorite dish they made? My family are cooks and bakers from as far back as I can remember and my memory goes back with my grandmother's memory of her grandmother's food. These traditions of cooking and baking are being handed down to my own grandchildren. They even know how to grow food and preserve. We love to make homemade blackberry jelly from my grandmother's blackberries she planted long, long ago. Blessed are the women and men who plant and sow sources of food that remains long after their time on this Earth.
Now, at this festive time of year, we bake and cook memories. As I bake, I ask myself how was grandmother's mashed potatoes so much better than mine? How was my Mom's fried apple pies, so much better than mine. How is my sister's carrot cake taste like heaven and my just short of it. And my grandchildren ask, Nanna please make your this or that, Mom's does not taste like yours. Yet, I have also heard, "Mom's chili is better than yours Nanna!"
I say this to you, it is the energy in the meal that you prepare that makes it healing and nutritious, as much so or more than buying non-GMO and organic! Certainly and most definitely when you can afford organic non-GMO, it is much better. However, what if your budget does not allow you to do so and your garden space can only hold so much? Energy infused food is a perspective I wish to offer. Have you heard the term "made with love", that is energy in its most high form. It is a vibration! Example, have you made a cake and was angry and it just did not seem the same? Have you made a meal and was angry or upset and could not eat it or would not eat it? There is a vibration YOU add to the food.
Get well soup is a staple in this household. It is simple Chicken Noodle Soup. However, adding the magic of love and healing energy, it is transformed into soup that heals. Please remember this when you are baking, cooking, or even heating up microwave dinner. If you are infusing your food with the blessing of love and thanksgiving while preparing, you are giving the gift of health, happy memory, and joy. Food is our energy so add intent to that energy and make your meals magical again......
