Liminal Spaces
Have you discovered the liminal spaces and their value? These are very magical and beneficial “between times”. Although, I’ve not always experienced it this way🙏
When you breathe in and just before your the exhale, that is a liminal space. You are not breathing you are essentially suspended for a nano second. That space is where you’re vulnerable and powerful simultaneously.
Liminal spaces are transitional points such as the beach and the ocean, sunrise, sunset, noon, and midnight. These spaces are full of potential. You can create, empower, calm, meditate, or lose yourself in all the energies…. The seen and unseen forces and beings thrive here, after all the veils between worlds are thinnest making them easier to see and access.
Here is an energy exercise that can help move you through healing transitions, unblock stagnant, stuck, outdated beliefs and emotions. A series of 3, 7, or 21 days dedicated to exploring the between times is recommended.
Stand, sit or lie down at a between time and/or a between space. (I like a creek bank or a meadow at the forest edge) To add power to this you can do this on a full moon at some point‼️ I recommend trying outside because it is so beneficial if you can. Soften your gaze or close your eyes. Bring your awareness to the soles of your feet, the palms of your hands, and your brow chakra (the space in the middle of your forehead). Experience them opening creating an energy pathway sending energy out while calling energy in simultaneously. Keeping your eyes soft and open allow everything and everyone assigned to you for your highest and best good to manifest into your energy field or consciousness. You may experience different sensations, colors, images, beings, sounds/frequencies, tastes, ancestors, guides, spirit animals or physical manifestations in your environment that speak to you in various visual ways. This can be overwhelming so keep the energy grounding through your feet. Experience it all💜. Remember to breathe. Allow the experiences…. Take all the time you need.
When you are ready, close the experience with your hand over your heart with gratitude💕
There will be a lot of subconscious information that’s occurs as well as body mind and spirit shifts. As you can, take the time to process these experiences by journaling or setting a dedicated time to just be with the energies over the next few days.
In these between times, we can rediscover our path, purpose, and our magik💜💚
