Practical Magical Moon Shower Energy Scrub

One 16 ounce glass jar with lid or larger

8 ounces Epsom salts

4 ounces baking soda

2 ounces Pink or purple Himalayan salt ( optional)

2 to 4 ounces of avocado oil or carrier oil of choice

7 to 21 drops of lavender, citrus, or essential oil of your choice

Make sure to add an intention as you mix together the ingredients to infuse into your scrub.... do not use wooden spoon... allow to synergize for 3 hours or overnight .... use liberally during any moon phase ....

This simple recipe and ritual can assist clearing any emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual blocks, negative patterns, and/or attachments. This recipe also works as a bath soak as well. Make this recipe your own and add any ingredients that feels right to you.
