Then we will sign an agreement that synergistically binds us both to be accountable for the agreed upon goals and intentions of the coaching course. Optimally, there should be a synergistic rapport between the coach and the client in order to have a more beneficial and lasting outcome.

What Intuitive Life and Spiritual Coaching Can Do:
Guiding the whole person physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually is an approach that allows the client to go deeper into their minds, bodies, and spirits to reach their full expression. The journey to goals is as important as reaching goals. The journey plays an enormous factor in the equation of successful and healthy life goals, as well as healthy life changes. Working with the premise that the past and present can and will transform your future.

Frequently asked questions:
What are the statistics of Coaching?
According to Gitnux, life coaching has an 80% success rate and a 344% return on investment. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) has found that 70% of life coaching clients report achieving their goals. Some say that coaching helps them improve their relationships, communication skills, work performance, and more. Life coaching has been proven to have numerous benefits for clients, including decreased anxiety levels (57.1%) and depression levels (44.3%), as well as improved workplace relationships (79%).
Are life and spiritual coaches really worth it?
There is no one answer to if it is worth it or not. It is not a question of how much money you have to spend either. If you are not prepared to change or do not have the inclination to do so, then no amount of coaching will change you.
Is a Life Coach considered the same as a therapist?
No. In general, Life and Spiritual coaches are PRESENT AND FUTURE FOCUSED. Life coaches help their clients explore their past only as a means of understanding their current life experience and belief systems. Their primary goal is to help a client look at where they are, where they want to be, and how to get from Point A to Point B in a healthy and beneficial way.
Therapists, however, are PAST & PRESENT FOCUSED. While therapists may work with clients to set goals and make changes, primarily clients come to them seeking assistance with healing trauma, overcoming abuse, treating addiction or treating mental illness.
